HADANO, Kanagawa -- Police are hunting for a man who went missing shortly after reporting the death of his wife, after concluding she was murdered. Prefectural police received an emergency call from a man on Friday evening, saying that he'd found his wife dead at their apartment in Hadano. Officers found the body of 30-year-old Yumiko Shigetomi dead on her bed, and strangulation marks on her neck lead investigators to conclude that she was murdered.
