Cosmos flowers in full bloom at park in Mie PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 30 September 2007

KUWANA, Mie -- About 1.3 million cosmos flowers are in full bloom at the Nabanano Sato garden park here.

Officials at the park say that the pink and white flowers can be enjoyed until the middle of October.

The cosmoses, plus some 40,000 dahlias, will be lit up during the evening until Nov. 15.

Many people visited the garden park in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, and took photographs of the colorful flowers on Sept. 24, after recent hot temperatures cooled down.

I never had the chance to see such a flower exhibition and now that Mother's day is approaching I would really wanna take my mom to see similar events. I hope I'll find such a place soon enough.
