Kenji Ueda, an employee of Dentsu Tec Inc., a subsidiary of major ad agency Dentsu Inc., was Monday charged with raping an underage teenager, police said. Ueda, 39, who is already facing a charge of indecent assault resulting in injury from a separate case, was arrested for rape. Ueda denies the allegations against him. "I remember swapping e-mail addresses with her, but I have no recollection of ever bringing her to my home and trying to rape her," Ueda told the police. Police said that on the night of Dec. 4 last year, Ueda threatened a teenage girl he met during a party with confinement in his Chuo-ku, Tokyo, home. Police said Ueda sexually assaulted the girl, grabbing her face and forcing kisses on her. Police said Ueda and the girl met around November last year and that he lured her to his home by promising to show her his pet dog. Copyright 2005-2006 THE MAINICHI NEWSPAPERS. All rights reserved.
