A man was seriously injured after a woman fell on top of him from a high-rise condominium complex in Tokyo, police said. The woman later died. Police are probing into whether the woman leaped from the structure in a suicide bid or accidentally fell. A person walking on a street in Tokyo's Minato-ku alerted police at around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, saying, "I heard a loud thump, and when I turned around, there were people lying on the ground." Investigators suspect that the woman, appearing to be in her 30s or 40s, fell from an 11-story condominium complex onto a 47-year-old man who was walking on the street. The woman was rushed to hospital but died shortly afterwards from massive internal injuries. The man suffered head injuries that will take about one month to heal.
