OSAKA -- Failed English conversation school chain NOVA Corp. has formally begun bankruptcy procedures decided by the Osaka District Court, court officials said. G.communication Group bought out NOVA after it filed for protection from creditors on Oct. 26, leaving the failed conversation chain to go through the formality of becoming a bankrupt company exactly one month after its collapse. As part of that process, NOVA will now go into liquidation.
