Princess Aiko goes on first school excursion

Princess Aiko visited Kasai Rinkai Park in Tokyo on Monday on her first school excursion.

She was part of the approximately 130 students from Gakushuin Primary School and their guardians who joined the trip to the park in Tokyo's Edogawa-ku. She was accompanied by Crown Princess Masako.

Princess Aiko joined her classmates in picking up seashells on a beach near the park, according to the Imperial Household Agency.
