TOMIYA, Miyagi -- A man who has admitted to repeatedly streaking to attract attention has been arrested, police said. Katsumi Saga, 54, a salaryman from Tomiya, was arrested for indecent exposure after he was allegedly found prancing around naked in a residential district in Tomiya. Saga admits to the allegations. "I wanted to attract attention. It's not the first time I've done it," he told the police. Police said they received a phone call notifying them of a man walking around naked. An officer rushed to the scene and arrested Saga. Copyright 2005-2006 THE MAINICHI NEWSPAPERS. All rights reserved.
