What is your favorite restaurant on Okinawa?

While in my hotel here in Okinawa I have been swamped by news papers and magazine articles with different restaurants and places to eat. When I first arrived I decided to stay with the safe restaurants that I know; like Burger King, Mcdonalds,Pizza Hut, Kentucky fried chicken and the list offast food resteraunts in Japan can go on... For centuries, Shuri Castle has stood as the pride and joy of the Ryukyu Islands. The home of Ryukyuan royalty, its vermillion buildings shone in the tropical sun, glimmers of gold emanating regal light from the pillars and gates.
